Job Title: Catering Assistant
Location: Rochdale Infirmary, Whitehall Street, Rochdale OL12 0NB
Shift Pattern: Monday- Sunday (shifts between 8.30am - 7pm) including weekends 20 hours per week
Pay: £12.21 an hour

THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE - YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE TO TRAVEL TO 2 OTHER SITES BOTH BASED IN THE ROCHDALE AREA.
About the Trust:
The Northern Care Alliance is an NHS Foundation Trust created by bringing together two NHS Trusts, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. The NCA FT was formally established on 1 October 2021. The NCA has been working together as a group since 2016.
What you’ll be responsible for:
· Candidate will work as part of the catering team which plates up all the patients’ meals
· Washing the returning food trolleys, crockery, and cutlery
· Any general cleaning that is needed
· Safe preparation of meals
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· Preferred experience with food
· Minimum level 2 food hygiene certificate
· Good communication skills as sometimes patient facing while serving
· NHS experience – desirable but not essential
