Date : Immediate start Contract Type : Temporary Salary : Band 2 - £12.21 standard, £17.22 Saturdays, £22.34 Sundays and bank holidays About the Role We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our clients busy hospital catering team in Harrogate. This is a busy hospital where your contribution directly supports patient care and staff well-being. You will be responsible for preparing hot and cold drinks and serving snacks in the busy coffee shop. Key responsibilities include: Serving patient / staff meals in an appetising and attractive manner Producing individual specialised diets Exercising judgement on portion control, uptake, and food wastage To be involved in the general cleaning following the appropriate cleaning schedules.
