    As a Catering Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering meals and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment

    Role Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, storing, and serving food and drinks in line with food safety standards.

  • Cleaning and safely storing kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils.

  • Maintaining hygiene across all kitchen areas in accordance with schedules and procedures.

  • Recording food and equipment temperatures to ensure compliance.

  • Promoting a high standard of personal hygiene and professional conduct at all times.

  • Managing waste disposal safely and effectively.

  • Reporting equipment faults and maintaining accurate records.

  • Supporting general housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.

  • Shift Pattern:

  • Two shifts per week (between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), including one weekend in two.

  • One additional 4-hour shift every 4 weeks, between either 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM.
