We are seeking a driven and confident Business Development Executive to join a leading manufacturer of professional catering equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to play a key role in driving growth and strengthening relationships across our dealer network and with end users.

The Role

  • Develop and grow sales within your assigned territory covering the South West, achieving agreed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and end users.
  • Confidently demonstrate equipment both in dealer showrooms and at customer sites.
  • Organise and deliver engaging promotional events, demos, and training sessions.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and regional industry events.
  • Provide support and training to dealer partners on installation, maintenance, and product use.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity in CRM and ensure effective follow-up.

    • About You

  • A proven track record in business development or field sales, ideally within a dealer/distributor network.
  • Hospitality industry experience would be highly beneficial but is not essential.
  • Confident in delivering live product demonstrations to groups and individuals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable with regular travel and attending events across the UK.
