Lead, motivate, and support the retail team to deliver excellent service and operational efficiency.

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling.

Manage stock control, ordering, and product merchandising to maintain availability and presentation standards.

Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and company policies.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Monitor sales and implement initiatives to achieve business targets.

Provide staff training, supervision, and performance management.

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment at all times.

Proven retail management experience is essential.

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is required.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Confident with basic IT systems and administrative duties.

£16.12 per hour

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
